OP isn't one of us (does not share our ideals), but feels a strong urge to post bible verses. I highly suspect OP thinks that we need religious enlightenment because Jews convinced them, like so many others, "National Socialists bad".

Funny thing is, I had bible verses crammed into my mind throughout Catholic elementary school and then (when my grandmother changed viewpoints) through a Lutheran Junior and High school. All private, forced to learn and recite different passages by memory. It was very heavy-handed with constant threats of eternal damnation.

Yet not a single one of them ever wants to absorb the fact that their own holy book warns them about the evils of Jews, even when Jews intensely despise Christianity. Pretty odd behavior to reject just what they don't like. I'll just post these again because the absolute hypocrisy of it all amuses me.

I may have been harsh on the faith but this is the thread talking about Christianity so it should be the place where people can talk about its failings. I recognized that parts of the old testament were stolen and adapted from other cultures. Which I think is reason enough to not break rule 1 or 6. If Christianity was an adaptation of Hellenism. Why not just practice Hellenism? What do we gain from Jesus' teachings? The way I see it Christian values inevitably result in a repetition of the Crucifixion I.E. good people killing themselves via cop as other people watch in horror. It happened to a bunch of Saints, Jesus himself and even fascist figures like Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera. And I think its because of the giving nature and the selfsacrifice that are core to Christianity, which tells you to give to the poor and the weak until you can give no more.

I believe you mean 'reason enough to break' rules, and no, there will never be any excuses for breaking the board rules. Rule 6 never applied to you. Links are okay. Dump and run links are not. Judaism is an anti-Christian religion, and that is why those against Christianity are suspect here (as everyone is anonymous). The anti-Christian, in their militant skepticism, often exhibits the very traits they condemn in the devout. Deep, hateful obsessions are a mindset of the Jew. We all know this. We've seen it, proven it across this board. The Christian, too, has their dogmas, but at least theirs are coherent within their own metaphysics. If God is real, then devotion is rational, and hatred of evil, which they'll label both Pagans and non-believers evil in the same breath, at least follows naturally. The anti-Christian's hatred of what they claim to be imaginary is a feud with a shadow they cannot stop boxing. Even ideals seem to follow Newton's third law of motion. Where one fills the void, the other fills it with denunciation, but neither the for nor against can leave the ideal alone. The anti-Christian never stops to think that maybe the inspiration for their relentless obsession might be because the faith is that profoundly potent.

3 Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes. 4 And I prayed to the Lord my God, and made confession, and said, “O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments, 5 we have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments. 6 Neither have we heeded Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings and our princes, to our fathers and all the people of the land. 7 O Lord, righteousness belongs to You, but to us shame of face, as it is this day—to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those near and those far off in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of the unfaithfulness which they have committed against You.

8 “O Lord, to us belongs shame of face, to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, because we have sinned against You. 9 To the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, though we have rebelled against Him. 10 We have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His laws, which He set before us by His servants the prophets. 11 Yes, all Israel has transgressed Your law, and has departed so as not to obey Your voice; therefore the curse and the oath written in the Law of Moses the servant of God have been poured out on us, because we have sinned against Him. 12 And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our judges who judged us, by bringing upon us a great disaster; for under the whole heaven such has never been done as what has been done to Jerusalem.

13 “As it is written in the Law of Moses, all this disaster has come upon us; yet we have not made our prayer before the Lord our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and understand Your truth. 14 Therefore the Lord has kept the disaster in mind, and brought it upon us; for the Lord our God is righteous in all the works which He does, though we have not obeyed His voice. 15 And now, O Lord our God, who brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and made Yourself a name, as it is this day—we have sinned, we have done wickedly!

7 “So you, son of man: I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me. 8 When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you shall surely die!’ and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. 9 Nevertheless if you warn the wicked to turn from his way, and he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

10 “Therefore you, O son of man, say to the house of Israel: ‘Thus you say, “If our transgressions and our sins lie upon us, and we pine away in them, how can we then live?” ’ 11 Say to them: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn from your evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?’

12 “Therefore you, O son of man, say to the children of your people: ‘The righteousness of the righteous man shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression; as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall because of it in the day that he turns from his wickedness; nor shall the righteous be able to live because of his righteousness in the day that he sins.’ 13 When I say to the righteous that he shall surely live, but he trusts in his own righteousness and commits iniquity, none of his righteous works shall be remembered; but because of the iniquity that he has committed, he shall die. 14 Again, when I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ if he turns from his sin and does what is lawful and right, 15 if the wicked restores the pledge, gives back what he has stolen, and walks in the statutes of life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die. 16 None of his sins which he has committed shall be remembered against him; he has done what is lawful and right; he shall surely live.

17 “Yet the children of your people say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ But it is their way which is not fair! 18 When the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he shall die because of it. 19 But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it. 20 Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his own ways.”

12 Then they asked him, “Who is the Man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?” 13 But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place. 14 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”

15 The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

16 But when he was strong his heart was lifted up, to his destruction, for he transgressed against the Lord his God by entering the temple of the Lord to burn incense on the altar of incense. 17 So Azariah the priest went in after him, and with him were eighty priests of the Lord—valiant men. 18 And they withstood King Uzziah, and said to him, “It is not for you, Uzziah, to burn incense to the Lord, but for the priests, the sons of Aaron, who are consecrated to burn incense. Get out of the sanctuary, for you have trespassed! You shall have no honor from the Lord God.”

19 Then Uzziah became furious; and he had a censer in his hand to burn incense. And while he was angry with the priests, leprosy broke out on his forehead, before the priests in the house of the Lord, beside the incense altar. 20 And Azariah the chief priest and all the priests looked at him, and there, on his forehead, he was leprous; so they thrust him out of that place. Indeed he also hurried to get out, because the Lord had struck him.

21 King Uzziah was a leper until the day of his death. He dwelt in an isolated house, because he was a leper; for he was cut off from the house of the Lord. Then Jotham his son was over the king’s house, judging the people of the land.
