No, just stop relying on image boards and social media, use it sparingly. I typically visit a few sites like this every morning with a cup of coffee and then go offline for a while and do other things to preoccupy my time. Some days I don't check up at all, other days I'll spend a little more time if I see something interesting or worthy posting (as I did in that movie thread last night). If you rely on social media as a main go-to for entertainment you'll get brain rot and trust me, you are just wasting your time on dead sites in a hyper-corporate internet full of literal retards.
