Just discovered that both of an ex-girlfriend parents dieded recently. Obviously the dick-hating exgf didn't tell me. A pity, as they were much more decent people than their daughter (who was still living at home at 40..)

Interestingly, the mum died on the 20th of September, and the dad on the 23rd. Makes me worry that it might have been an accident (where he took a few days to succumb to injuries)

It is beyond fucked how many retards I know have inherited millions of dollars through property. Middle-class people tend to have at most one sibling, and have a long generational time. So if you're one of them, your grandparents die when you're still a young adult, and you inherit half to all of their estate. Inheriting three estates, including your parents' estate, is not uncommon. Plenty of leftist fuckheads will inherit ~$10m.

Their parents usually don't separate so to get their hands on the money they have to wait for the second parent to die, which is usually the mother and these upper middle class women live practically forever.
Prince Charles is a good example. You end up in your seventies before you get anything.
There was another girlfriend with a rich aunt (property inheritances; ~$10 million?) who as very old. Unfortunately she was a girl whose massive tiddy couldn't compensate for her cooked personality.

She was leeching off me :/ I figured she used about $1200 of my money during one of the years we were together.
But.. I go home on the train, leaving her to pay /my/ share of her car parking fees ($3.50) -- that became the start of the breakup.

I don't mind my Dad's decision to leave everything to support Step-mum. When he was alive, stepmum had to get heart and lung surgery that cost $300,000 and Dad insisted it was to be covered with their money, not from stepmum's personal fortune from before they married. My younger brother is too selfish to understand dad's reasoning there, and wants to demand the $300k from her estate when she goes.

Even then, 2nd-hand cars usually keep their plates, unless a blue-slip happens.

A few days ago I was looking at some photos from 20 years ago, and thought to check a friend's car rego that was in one of the pics. Their gold Kia Pregio van is still currently registered and somewhere in NSW (and getting a pensioner concession..)
kekekekek .. A campervan just arrived at the campground (at like fucking midnight), and pulls in next to me, like 4 metres away.

..so I played that One More Lawn Cat Shit song a bit on the loud side and giggles at it.
The campervan fucks off. \o/
