Something I often think of is how back in the 1970s it was actually a thing for young adults to go 'surfing'/'backpacking', aka living out of a car, just tootling around until they found a place to set down roots. These days 'living out of a car' is pushed as the DESTITUTE HOMELESS IN EXTREME DISTRESS narrative thing only.

i'm wagoning until friday, i might adjust my binge schedule to no longer include 2 consecutive days of liquor. i will have a day inbetwixt of wagon to mitigate the effects of the monday hangover. the hangover after 2 and 3 day binges is just too awful for me nowadays
