It's undeniable WNI has become increasingly boring specially since Sayachi left in 2024. It's understandable they can't have Unozawa and Airin wearing pajamas in front of a chroma key anymore, but not allowing the casters to wear actual miniskirts once a month (or Michan tight pants highlighting her curves and perfect butt) and practically killing the segments where casters freely talked about whatever they wanted crossed a line. 

Sadly it seems it was planned since long time ago. It's no coincidence the latest hires (Manaha and Mao) aren't complete debutants but young women with showbiz experience since childhood. They stopped taking risks and having a virtual monopoly on weather news (not only in Japan) doesn't help. And now they seem to seek expansion overseas  >>/3476/

I don't have anytime to waste waiting for a move in the opposite direction to its "mainstreamification". Why is Mayu having so few shifts compared with casters like Michan, Senchan, Richan, Yuiko? Is she going to graduate? Why other casters with seniority are being overexploited to death and Mayu doesn't? She doesn't even have tie-ups anymore, while Richan has the rugby thing, Senchan the JR thing, Michan is also doing the Starlink, etc. Mayu is barely having two or three shifts a week despite being arguably the most popular caster!!!
