Also I had a bit of a Bertacek situation during the climb. I updated my shifters (I use the Zwift Play controllers) and the left one wouldn't pair properly, so I couldn't downshift. I was stuck climbing the 10-12% sections at like 50 rpm

low cadence efforts are good

 >>/129833/
Are they? I do them sometimes for variety's sake but somehow I don't feel there is some benefit beyond normal cadence

 >>/129827/
Huh, the more you know. But as far as I can tell, it's not discoverable at all and only accessible through the keyboard shortcut (which you'd only know after reading the online documentation). On the other hand, the old character map is still there and actually discoverable via the start menu.

When there were no games or I was utterly bored with solitaire or minesweeper, I could stare into this map endlessly, all these funky chars.

Seriously tho, I always see these little rectangles of incredibly dense black or brown German bread at the market. How are these breads typically eaten?

Good savory spread and whatever you want, usually tangy taste will work better, so more like pickles than cucumber, more like hard goat cheese than gouda etc.
