There is this one recording, a convo between Mannerheim (of Finland) and Hitler. It's his conversational voice, not the screaming to the masses one. He had a pleasant deep voice. And he was a hairy Austrian. For these characteristics he needed testosterone and for that all the testicles he could get.
He probably also had problems with aggression, which is again too much testosterone than the lack of it. He wasn't really a placid Gandhi was it.
I think it's just the continuation of the Bri'ish half testicle story. That somehow the Tommies in the opposing ditch could observe that he had only one.
