I think you mean this guy in vidrel, Kotoshoho (on the left). He won the last basho with 13-2 win-lose record.
He isn't in the sumo highlights because he isn't doing good now. He isn't a bad rikishi, but that yusho (tournament championship) was a one off thing on his behalf.
I don't think he can repeat it again. He is capable of doing cool stuff, he defeated Hoshoryu more than he got beaten for example.

Blame boomers who dont value quality consumer goods.
