Crispy Honey & Herb Chicken Wings

Ingredients — 2 kg chicken wings

Marinade

* 4 tbsp oil

* 1 tbsp G-Fresh Yiros

* 1 tbsp G-Fresh BBQ Provençale

* 1 tbsp MasterFoods Avo Smash

* 1 tbsp honey

* 1 tbsp lemon juice

Crispy coating

* 1½ cups plain flour

* 2 tsp baking powder

* 2 tsp sweet paprika

* 1 tsp each G-Fresh Yiros & BBQ Provençale

Method

* Cut wings into drumettes and flats.

* Mix marinade, coat chicken and refrigerate 1–4 hours.

* Coat wings individually in seasoned flour.

* Place on racks, lightly brush with oil.

* Bake at 200°C, turning halfway, for approximately 35–45 minutes (flats may cook faster).

* Cook to 75°C internal temperature.

* Rest 5 minutes and serve.

Optional: Sprinkle G-Fresh Lemon Thyme Basil over hot wings.

It will not be possible for us to starve or die of thirst or disease from drinking untreated water unless we are on the front line of a war.
Anything else and we will be provided for but there may be some hardship and disruption at times especially in the initial phases of a global disruption.
Having a few weeks worth of food and water at home will help minimise any hardship of that sort and would be a prudent measure for a NEET to take.

I have had that idea brewing for a while. llama.cpp just released 0.8.0 which includes a text-to-speech endpoint. Works easy enough in my own voice agent setup with LFM3. Just need to plug in an uncensored model and see how dirty it talks to me.
