I think either you misunderstood what kay was saying, or she herself misunderstood as she wasn't on discord for weeks prior to sturdy going down and might've thought it was a plan hatched in her absence. Again, it was a surprise to everyone.

The problem is you're conflating separate people/groups. Lime was never in kay's private server, and had limited contact with any of her friends apart from sico. I don't think he had anything to do with sturdy's takedown. Likewise, apart from sico herself and rando, none of kay's other friends knew sico was even a mod.
It's not surprising sturdymin thought there was some big DN conspiracy against him/the site. But the reality is that very few people knew sico was a mod, let alone any plans she had to take sturdy down.
