awempy's ~sd is almost always 576x1024 lowest quality trash. if you get a ~sd video from awempy then the best thing to do is just delete it and use yt-dlp instead, which often gets you a 720p or 1080p resolution. I even made a powershell script that automatically does it for a large collection of files, once I found out.
