I assume she simply applied for extra mod roles without the admin knowing it was her applying, she said he was unaware that she was mods D and E (which was why he foolishly left them enabled after demodding the others)
There was a concerted effort to increase pressure on site moderation prior to this so it probably wasn't all that difficult for her gain the extra accounts
