I was thinking how to follow modern weather control.
Back in the 70s and 80s in the US companies (and I guess govt authorities) had to report the the US govt. when and why they used seeding. Didn't find the law, but found a work that cite these reports. Also when searched for weather control and experiments it seems everything was ceased with the end of Cold War. Which makes me think not the activity ceased but the regulation changed.
