The cultural wars only matters insofar as people can enact it into the system. DEI (managed capitalism) was the peak form of the liberal ideal manifested.

Liberal as in Francis Fukuyama "The End of History", in which post-WW2 the elites decided to have the world organized by Banks rather than Nations/Armies. But it ultimately failed to control China, Russia and then Trump/America, due simply to technology itself (the internet, crypto, etc...) changing the game.

The old oligarchy, via deepstate, democrats, republicans, the EU, etc... wants to "fix the problem" by Great Reseting the population itself and controlling access to technology, breaking it into two classes.

The new oligarchy (Trump, Techbro oligarchs, Israel) are subverting it and creating a world not run by Banks, but ran by Technostates. The end of Financialist-Liberal-Democracy.
