anonyviewer.com, pixnoy.com, and imginn.com are the ones I've been using.
Pixnoy works they way you describe, I think. 
anonyviewer provides high rez pics and stories, but it doesn't let you navigate back to old posts much. Pixnoy lets you search for posts that a user is tagged in, and lets you scroll back to old posts pretty easily. imginn is probably the best all around, it has stories and lets you scroll back a ways and the UI isn't shit, though sometimes it will give out small pics.
