That's one big barrier that stops many people. They speak our languages but we don't speak theirs. They are very aware of pronunciation too, it gives away a lot.

That natalism solution makes sense to me. Women do not like their roles in nature so they have to be forced or bribed to do it. Seems like the choice is to have a civilization, or to allow women to have rights, can't do both.
