Wolf of X @WolfofX - At just 24 years old, Philani Dladla was sitting on the side of a Johannesburg road with a pile of secondhand books beside him.
But unlike most people struggling to survive on the streets, he wasn’t asking strangers for money.
Instead, he spent his days reading every book he could get his hands on, then offering honest reviews to people passing by.
If someone enjoyed the review, they could buy the book from him.
People soon began stopping not out of pity, but because they were inspired by his intelligence, passion, and love for literature.
His knowledge and storytelling earned him the nickname “The Pavement Bookworm.”
Philani had grown up facing poverty, homelessness, and addiction, and books became the thing that helped him rebuild his life.
What began as a small roadside book-selling idea slowly turned into something much bigger.
Over the years, he launched community reading programs and book clubs aimed at helping young people escape poverty through education and self-development.
His journey eventually gained international attention. He became a published author, gave TEDx talks, appeared in interviews around the world, and traveled to motivate others with his story of resilience and transformation.

Wolf of X @WolfofX - Peyo is a therapy horse unlike any other.
The 15 year old stallion became famous in France for visiting terminally ill patients at Calais Hospital, where doctors, nurses, and families say he brings comfort to people during their final days.
Originally trained as a performance horse, Peyo’s unusual behavior was noticed by his trainer, Hassen Bouchakour, who realized the horse seemed naturally drawn toward sick or emotionally distressed people.
During hospital visits, Peyo often chooses which patients he wants to see himself.
Staff say he will stop outside certain rooms, raise his leg, and refuse to move until he is allowed inside.
Over the years, Peyo has spent time with cancer patients, people in palliative care, and patients nearing the end of life.
Nurses have described how some patients who were anxious or unresponsive appeared calmer when he entered the room.
Families have also shared emotional stories about Peyo quietly staying beside loved ones for hours, sometimes remaining with them until their final moments.
Because of these experiences, many hospital workers began calling him “Doctor Peyo.” Researchers have even studied his behavior to better understand the emotional effects animals can have on seriously ill patients.
For many patients and families, his presence has become a symbol of peace, compassion, and dignity during life’s hardest moments.
