U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement @ICEgov - Mexican illegal alien Jorge Enrique Garcia-Rodriguez was arrested in Virginia, a sanctuary jurisdiction. He’s charged with RAPING A CHILD UNDER 13 in April and, later, with possessing child sexual abuse material.
ICE @EROWashington, D.C., officers placed an immigration detainer on him with the Franklin County Jail in Rocky Mount, VA. If honored, that means he won’t be released back into the community to potentially victimize more kids.
