Judicial Watch @JudicialWatch - Video: David Morens used a private email account to hide COVID-related records from the public, Congress, and FOIA requests. The indictment specifically cites a Judicial Watch FOIA request that was criminally obstructed! @TomFitton

Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 - This is stunning judicial reasoning from Waverly Crenshaw. So evidence surfaced that an individual was involved in human smuggling but because the evidence originated from "long existing" video (three whole years) and because the "government" (in this instance, the Biden DOJ) chose not to charge him previously AND because the individual is suing the government (now the Trump adm)...he should not be subject to prosecution even though his well-documented crimes fit within the statute of limitation window.
ok

Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 - NEW: Despite ample evidence of Kilmar Abrego Garcia's criminal conduct, Obama appointee Waverly Crenshaw has just granted Garcia's motion to dismiss his case based on vindictive and selective prosecution.
The same crowd now insisting every J6 prosecution was legit and not an act of political retribution against Trump supporters will insist Crenshaw got it right.

K3RRR @K3TripleR - Tomas David Hood: "Today in History: May 24, 1844 On this day in 1844, a quiet revolution in human communication took place. Samuel Morse, the American inventor, sat in the Supreme Court chamber in Washington, D.C., and tapped out a short, profound message on his experimental telegraph system.
The message--“What hath God wrought?”--was sent across nearly 40 miles of wire to the B&O Railroad depot in Baltimore, Maryland, where it was received instantly by his partner, Alfred Vail.
This moment marked the first official public demonstration of the electric telegraph, a technology that would fundamentally shrink the world. By enabling near-instantaneous long-distance communication, Morse’s invention ended the era where news could only travel as fast as a horse or a ship. It laid the technical and conceptual groundwork for the modern telecommunications age, paving the way for everything from the telephone and radio to the internet itself.
The choice of phrase was suggested by Annie Ellsworth, the daughter of a friend of Morse, who selected it from the Bible (Numbers 23:23). It perfectly captured the awe and technological magnitude of a feat that transformed the human experience forever."
