Catherine Herridge @CHerridge - MEMORIAL DAY:  Twenty years ago, when I asked my husband, a retired Army Lt. Col, where he had been all day with our two-year-old son, he said "visiting with friends."
It took me a moment to realize what he meant.  Along with his Army buddies, they spent the day at Arlington National Cemetery @ArlingtonNatl visiting graves.

STATEMENT:  "We are disappointed with the court’s decision and are examining options for seeking further review in the Supreme Court.  We continue to believe that the court of appeals is wrong on the law under the First Amendment.  
And we think it is particularly troubling that the court made rulings about free speech rights under the First Amendment that will impact every journalist in the US while keeping secret, critical evidence bearing on the national security implications of this case."
