POTUS was asked about Mark Cuban and Trump being on stage together after Cuban endorsed Kamala Harris for president in 2024.
Trump: "Well, he made a mistake. It was a big mistake."
Cuban laughed and smiled.
Asked about what POTUS and Cuban are “building here,” Trump said: Trump: "Well, it says we love people. We love our country…He's got a good company, and he's going to do a lot of business with this…I think Mark was very gracious…I have a lot of respect for Mark. Frankly, I always have."
Trump also said he remains concerned about mail-in ballots in the midterm elections: “It’s going to be corrupt.” He said when he voted in Florida, he was asked for identification by an election worker. He singled out Maryland elections for criticism, saying “I think I did really well there.”
Other speakers included Cuban, Oz, Kennedy and Heidi Overton, a member of White House Domestic Policy Council, who gave an Ebola update. Also Joe Gebbia, co-founder of Airbnb, spoke.
Earlier, POTUS said at the event that TrumpRX website is being expanded to include 600 generics, increasing the number of available drugs seven fold.
POTUS: “This will provide American consumers with new options … and unprecedented price transparency, putting billions and billions of dollars back into the pockets of hardworking Americans.”
“Politicians from both parties promised for decades to make healthcare more affordable, but they all failed, every single one of them. … I got all the other countries to come along, I said, ‘You don't come along, we're going to tariff you,’ and they all said, ‘We'd love to, to come along, sir.’ But I'm actually getting it done.”
