Liberals are furious because it turned out the gun the suspect pulled was completely fake.
The suspect walked into the store, pulled what looked like a real handgun, and asked another customer "You trying to lose your life tonight?"
Three separate times.
An undercover detective inside the store fired and then a second officer outside fired as the suspect ran out with the gun still raised.
The officers had no way of knowing the gun was a prop. Neither did the man he was threatening.
The DA, Travis Page, declined to charge both of police officers in the shooting because:
"The Constitution does not require police to gamble with their lives in the face of a serious threat of harm."

MAZE @mazemoore - Video: In January Gavin Newsom ridiculed Dr. Oz for looking into hospice fraud in Los Angeles. Newsom claimed that he had the fraud under control and that Dr. Oz's investigation was purely political.
Today Oz announced that they shut down 800 fraudulent hospice businesses around LA and saved the taxpayer over a billion dollars a year.
Newsom has no business running for President. He's corrupt and totally incompetent.

He says the boxes held unrelated records that were scanned and returned.
At the same time, Rep. Luna is threatening a subpoena and has issued a preservation notice with Chairman Comer over the incident.
Given Cohen’s role reviewing these kinds of records, his take is worth noting before the story fully solidifies.
