CASE UPDATE: A jury trial for an illegal alien from El Salvador began last week in Oklahoma for federal firearms and drug trafficking charges. ATF began investigating Geovanny Alexander Pineda-Cubias after receiving information that he was illegally possessing firearms while trafficking cocaine. Search warrants revealed videos and social media posts depicting him with firearms and selling drugs, including one showing him driving past the Tulsa ERO office with a handgun while yelling obscenities at law enforcement. Agents also seized firearms, ammunition, and illicit drugs from his vehicle and residence.
