The bill, which provides $157 billion in discretionary funding, was unanimously approved 58-0 last month by the House Appropriations Cmte that added additional funding to implement the toxic exposure PACT Act law in 2028. Amendments to the bill are due to the Rules Cmte for possible floor consideration by Thursday.
