The reason undocumented immigrants can get benefits right away is because it's part of the "pipeline" of how they arrive here in the first place. APL will see this because I'm replying to it, but you should be calling/emailing her office first. Getting crowdsourced help is rarely effective. Even Congress cannot expedite application for SSD unless it is dire. On average, it will take 3 appeals to get approved.
