Mario Nawfal @MarioNawfal - Video: Yesterday, Iran unveiled a mural honoring senior figures who had been killed in U.S-Israeli attacks.
What made this one unique is that it included Iran's new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
Up to this point, all official statements said he was injured in the attack that killed his father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, with reports of the severity of his injuries ranging widely.
Everyone, Iran, the U.S, and Israel all agreed he had been injured; none of them believed he was dead, so the mural is raising questions: was it a mistake or an admission?
He hasn't been seen in public, which could be due to the severity of his injuries and wanting to avoid being killed in another attack, yet all of his statements have been issued in writing.
Combine this with the splits we've seen in the regime, diplomats and the military vying for control over discussions with the U.S. If Mojtaba is dead, it would explain a lot.
In a country that's used to following the dictates of one Supreme Leader, disagreements between the IRGC and politicians are rare. That's changed dramatically over recent weeks, with doubts over whether the people negotiating with the U.S even have the power to make any decisions.

With talks at a standstill, this isn't looking good

Mario Nawfal @MarioNawfal - Video: Being sad that an assassination attempt failed is a line most people would agree shouldn't be crossed.
Apparently not everyone on the left got that memo.

Mark Meadows @MarkMeadows - The DHS funding bill next week should also allow for the completion of the ballroom to take place using private funds.
Security and safety should not be a controversial topic and only in DC is using private funds to complete construction an issue.
Finish the job now!!

Mark Meadows @MarkMeadows - God Bless our Secret Service members who are protecting President Trump even while Democrats have REFUSED to fund their department.
True public servants - the Democrats should learn from them.

Video: I’ll just leave this here.
For those who don’t speak Hebrew, this video ends with Bennett saying to Lapid, “Who would want to sit with you anyway?”
Today he announced that he’s joining forces with Lapid.
Very sad to see him lie so blatantly again.
Too bad, he had potential.
