White House Press Pool Reports @WHPressPool - Travel pool report #4d: More color
White House officials are deferring to POTUS for further comment about what is next for the U.S. war with Iran, per Tyler Pager, my co-pooler aboard AF2.
Meanwhile, the latest fight just started and POTUS is watching impassively as two heavyweight fighters batter and bloody each other. The crowd is chanting "this is awesome" as blood or saliva sprays with each punch. The president is watching without much reaction.

Recording artist Vanilla Ice showed up at one point before this fight, and interacted with a group of people standing close to POTUS. That group included Dan Bongino, the former deputy FBI director and podcaster.
For much of the time in between fights, though, POTUS was sitting watching the empty cage. Hunter Campbell, the chief business officer of UFC, has also spent some time talking to POTUS.
Just before the beginning of the latest fight, the "Mortal Kombat" theme song played as Rubio and Donald Trump Jr. talked to the president.

The arena crowd watched an ad for a UFC fight at the White House this summer - "History is made by revolutionary ideas," was one tagline from the commercial, which featured several exterior shots of the White House.
There are three more fights to go before the main event.
Rubio and Gor joined POTUS to chat before the most recent fight. The secretary of state talked animatedly with his hands for a couple of minutes before both men left POTUS, who is now watching another fight.

The VP took a few questions and then exited while questions were shouted. Witkoff and Kushner did not speak.
VP departed the venue following the press conference and pool was not informed of his location.
