Rich "Corky" Erie @RSE_VB - I've told a few stories about my Dad here.  He was a 36 year Naval Officer, Naval Aviator (A-1, A-4, A-7) and a veteran of several jaunts to Vietnam.  I remember once after some near-incident while driving, he said "Falcon 109."
I asked him what that meant and he said it's from the Vietnam era Falcon Codes and it meant "Lovely, simply f*cking lovely."
Years later I tracked down the complete list and will share them here.  Enjoy!
"Here are the famous FALCON CODES use by Navy Aviator community during Vietnam. The Air Force used them too, so there are variations. They were on a kneeboard card carried by most Aviators. One would simply transmit “Falcon 101” (one of the more popular) to express your thoughts.
"Never ask a Naval Aviator if he is a fighter pilot. If he is, he’ll tell you. If not, you’ll just embarrass him."
