Todd Saunders @toddsaunders - The history of platforms is always the same....
First you sell the primitive.
Then you sell the orchestration layer on top of the primitive.
Then you sell managed services that eliminate the orchestration layer you just sold.
My POV is that Anthropic is speedrunning that.
API was the primitive.
Claude Code was orchestration.
And managed Agents is the fully hosted abstraction.

Video: Introducing Claude Managed Agents: everything you need to build and deploy agents at scale.
It pairs an agent harness tuned for performance with production infrastructure, so you can go from prototype to launch in days.
Now in public beta on the Claude Platform.

Andros @0xAndros
Everyone in SF is fighting over the same AI infrastructure pie right now but:
• Roofing: $100B industry
• Trucking: $830B
• HVAC: $160B
• Plumbing: $170B
These industries missed the internet but want to get ahead of the AI curve.
Whoever services these niches first could become the next decacorn

A roofing company is using AI agents to pull satellite imagery, cross-reference hail damage, and feed warm leads to their sales team.
They're not a tech company. They're roofers.
