Hunter Pollack @PollackHunter - I want to thank @PamBondi for her service to this country as Attorney General. It is no small thing to leave behind family and friends in Florida to take on a demanding and often thankless role in public service. She gave it her all and accomplished a great deal.
I owe Pam a tremendous amount. She encouraged me to go to law school and helped guide me to Washington, D.C. At a time when too often tragedies are politicized and victims and their families are forgotten, Pam never lost sight of the people behind the headlines. She has supported me and helped me honor my sister Meadow’s life since she was taken from us eight years ago. That is something I will never forget.
While public service often brings criticism, I’ve seen firsthand that she is, at her core, a genuinely good person.
With that said, I look forward to continuing to serve in President Trump’s administration, recognizing the importance of this moment for our country.
