Not long after, he was released from the precinct and went right back to the same corner, selling drugs again.
Here’s the crazy part — when the officers drove by, he smiled and waved at the same cops who had just arrested him.
This wasn’t his first time either. He had been arrested multiple times before and even had an ICE detainer on him.
