Amidst remarks about the Kennedy Center, Trump began discussing the GOP House majority and Florida Rep. Neel Dunn who was combatting, per POTUS, a "terminal" heart illness.
"He would be dead by June," Trump says of Dunn's initial condition.
Speaker Mike Johnson replied, "okay, that wasn't public."
POTUS says that he introduced Dunn to White House physicians who offered expert medical help. According to Johnson, Dunn now has "a new lease on life."
"I did it for him first and the vote second," Trump jokes.
