Spam has become the greatest risk to the platform. As AI becomes more sophisticated, we are investing heavily in upgrading our tools.
In most cases, we have very high precision, but last night's bug led to temporary loss-of-access for a small percentage of users.

On top of the straight-up hospice fraud, they also steal identities and create fake dead people who "die" at the hospice after fabricating fake probate—often using the ID and assets of real living people whose money they embezzle and run through the fake probate of the fake deceased person who was at the fake hospice. They didn't listen. They called me and Evi crazy!
