A Secret Service investigation is underway near the White House after authorities say a van drove through a barricade early Wednesday morning.
Police say the driver was quickly apprehended and is currently being questioned. No injuries have been reported. Several nearby streets have been closed during the investigation, including 15th Street and E Street Northwest, along with H Street Northwest between 15th and 17th Streets.

God, the desire to codify into law the privilege of voting in our elections as being a right reserved only for American citizens is not a partisan issue. By large numbers, the vast majority of Americans do NOT want non-citizens voting in our elections and impacting our election outcomes. Americans overwhelmingly want all voters to show ID to prove they are U.S. citizens and thus eligible to vote.
