Bairon Hernandez 34, from Honduras was arrested Tuesday morning and has been charged with attempted murder, attempted assault, and battery after pushing two people onto the train tracks, including a 30-year-old male and a 83-year-old an Air Force navy veteran who is in critical condition after the push at the Lexington Avenue and 63rd Street station on Manhattan's Upper East Side. 
Hernandez was seen escorted by Detectives out of the midtown NYC 19th precinct to a waiting jail transport vehicle.

Police say the crash happened around 6:45 p.m. at Avenue S and West 11th Street after a van struck the FDNY vehicle, which then hit an Access-A-Ride van and a Lexus SUV.
Five FDNY members were taken to a hospital.
