At a friend’s apartment, the victim was watching TikTok videos when Atrisco came over and asked if he could watch with her. She said yes, and he got on the bed with her. When he started hugging her and trying to cuddle, she asked him to stop, and she did not want to be touched. He then pulled her sweatpants down and began to sexually assault her.
Atrisco never should have been in our country, but was ALLOWED into our nation after Biden Administration marked his immigration case as a non-enforcement priority.
