Tucker Qatarlson just released a new YouTube short of footage from last week’s episode of his podcast in which he claimed  Israel lied about Iran plotting to assassinate President Trump.
This week, Asif Merchant, a Pakistani Muslim recruited by Iran, admitted under oath at his trial that Iran DID want him to assassinate Trump.
On Thursday, Merchant was convicted of plotting to assassinate President Trump.
So why is Tucker running cover for Iran?
Remember when Tucker attacked Senator Ted Cruz @tedcruz during their interview when Cruz said Iran tried to assassinate Trump.
Tucker was wrong. Cruz was right.
You know what Tucker left out of his new @YouTube Short?  
The fact that he told Ted Cruz last summer that it WOULD be grounds for war with Iran had they tried to assassinate President Trump. 
Now that Merchant confessed to plotting to assassinate President Trump at the request of Iran, and now that Merchant has been convicted, all Tucker wants to do is blame Israel… like he always does
