I still am not convinced it is in our interest. The China/geopol arguments have not persuaded me.
I don’t hate Trump or want people to vote for Democrats or anything like that. I am still very supportive of him and his domestic priorities.
I am free to disagree with the administration. I am not a third worldist. I don’t have any sympathy for the Iranian regime. I don’t think this is Bush Era neoconservatism, but I still don’t think it is good.
I don’t think I represent a fringe opinion, but maybe it doesn’t matter.
I just want what is best for my people. Maybe that is what Trump is pursuing and I am too simple to understand. But maybe this also isn’t 5D chess and is a colossal mistake.
I don’t know. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. Neither can I.
