After all, the man who rocked the revolution back on its heels and changed history in favor of Catholic restoration forever – Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre — is evidently, even in death, still scaring the hell out of the Tucho types inside the Vatican. Do we really want history to record that we threw him under the bus just to show the modern counterparts to Arian heretics how reasonable we can be? 
I have attended a diocesan Traditional Latin Mass exclusively at the same diocesan church for the past 35 years. I am grateful to God and to my bishop for this Mass, but I do not deceive myself: Were it not for Archbishop Lefebvre’s lonely stand in favor of Tradition and against the Revolution, none of us would be attending Latin Mass today. 
So, let’s not do this all over again! If the Society is willing to be the sacrificial lamb that offers leverage to the rest of the Traditional Latin Mass movement worldwide, maybe we should thank them and pray for them.... rather than throw them under the bus in a cringeworthy attempt to score brownie points with Team Tucho.
