According to this FBI official, financial crimes “can take literally years”. So by the time investigations are ready, President Trump will be out of office, judges will throw cases out, and accountability will be dead.  
This is now the 7th FBI / DOJ official O'Keefe Media has caught on hidden camera in the past year admitting the same reality:  
- No Arrests  
- No Urgency  
- No Accountability  
Why does it take a hidden camera and a night out with a complete stranger to get the truth?

It *SOUNDS* like John Thune is going to nuke the "zombie filibuster" if and when he brings the SAVE ACT to the Senate floor for a vote.
There will still be a 60 vote threshold to "end debate", but the filibuster would be an actual "STANDING" filibuster, meaning you'd actually have to stand and speak in order to block a vote on legislation.
This is a step in the right direction *IF* this is what happens.

I knew there were safeguards in the system that I thought were sufficient.
But no one -- neither Andy, myself or anyone else -- realized the degree to which partisan actors inside the FBI had committed themselves in the summer of 2016 to ensuring that Donald Trump would not be the next President.
For me the turning point -- initially -- was Trey Gowdy, a member of the Intel Committee who Devin Nunes sent to read the Carter Page Affidavit -- coming back from doing so and saying "It is so much worse than I ever imagined.  
I don't recall if that was before or after the Intel Comm memo authored by Kash Patel.  
Because I knew Gowdy would understand any problems that might be in the affidavit, his reaction to what he read was the first huge red flag that the FBI and Obama DOJ had gone off the rails the second half of 2016 as Trump gained momentum in the polls and Clinton sank.
