SLAVES HAD ZERO VOTES, as even the dumbest person to ever exist should know. 
Indeed, the 3/5ths compromise had NOTHING to do with voting. It was an ANTI-SLAVERY provision of the Constitution related to counting persons for purposes of US House seat apportionment.
The SLAVE STATES wanted 100%, 5/5ths, of slaves to count towards SLAVE STATE House seats, giving the SLAVE STATES greater power in the House of Representatives, even though slaves could not themselves vote at all, and their SLAVE OWNERS would be exercising that political power.
The ANTI-SLAVERS limited this to 3/5ths, DIMINISHING the political power of the slave owners in the House by 40%.
