Roberto Garcia-De Leon, from Mexico, is convicted of alien smuggling and was also charged with sexual assault in Minnesota in 2025. He has illegally entered the U.S. at least four times, according to ICE. He was arrested on a warrant for criminal reentry, which is a felony.
Border Czar Tom Homan said today he wants to get back to targeted operations like this one in Minnesota, focused on arresting criminal illegal migrants who are a public safety threat.
