Reporting her to her employer is a good idea, but the NUMBER ONE PRIORITY is submitting a complaint via the Board of Nursing.

BON is the governing body that controls licensure. With serious disciplinary action or license revocation via BON, nurses who wish harm on their patients won’t be able to practice ANYWHERE. They lose the privilege of being a nurse. Period.
