As of 0600 Jan 27 over a half million US electric customers remain without power, with the greatest outages extending from northern Louisiana into Mississippi and then northeast into Tennessee and Kentucky. Only 29% of customers have been restored in Mississippi and 31% in Louisiana.
Restoration rates range widely from less than a thousand customers per hour to over 4,000. Several states are nearing full restoration (SC, NC, WV, GA). Restoration will continue to be slow in the hardest-hit ice accretion areas especially in Louisiana and Mississippi, where several counties/parishes remain nearly completely without power.

Homemade Taco Seasoning (16-oz Jar)
Ingredients
½ cup chili powder
¼ cup ground cumin
¼ cup paprika
¼ cup garlic powder
¼ cup onion powder
3 Tbsp fine sea salt
2 Tbsp dried oregano
2 Tbsp black pepper
Optional: 1–2 Tbsp cayenne pepper (for heat)
Instructions
1.Add all ingredients to a large bowl or directly into a 16-oz jar.
2.Mix or shake well until fully combined in an airtight container.
To Use
Use 1–1½ Tbsp per pound of meat
Add a splash of water or broth while cooking to help it coat evenly
That’s it. No fillers, no sugar, no seed oils!
