The Office of Elections Crimes and Security (OECS) then referred the matter to law enforcement. The fraudsters are telling people they don’t have to be registered to vote to sign a petition which is a lie. They then steal their information to commit a second crime of illegally registering them to vote. Their game is to flood with system with so much garbage that some of the fraudulent petitions will get through. If you know of, or suspect petition fraud contact OECS or your local supervisor of elections.
