Alex Feinberg @Alexfeinberg - In the Minor Leagues, we made $1,100 per month
The OGs of frugal eating were my Dominican teammates
Wilin Rosario would bring a Crock Pot and a cooler full of meat on road trips and every day they would eat 2 large meals that contained a diabetic heap of white rice and either chicken or sausage
Arroz con pollo or arroz con salchicha. I’d occasionally eat with them and it tasted good
It cost them about $6/day and at the end of every month they had hundreds of dollars to blow on Ed Hardy gear at Ross and they still had money left over to send home to their families

Alex Feinberg @Alexfeinberg - Half of the Americans who fail the $15/day food challenge are borderline retarded
15% of the population struggles with basic math and has high time preference meaning the concept of buying a pound of bacon and eating it over 4 days is challenging for them. Nobody knows how to help them at scale
The other half who fail actually can do basic division and are capable of delaying gratification but have likely never seen edible food quickly assembled in a way they can replicate
Are you willing to surround yourself with people whom you can learn from? That's the most basic intelligence test many adults fail

Al Goodwyn @Al_Goodwyn - Tim Walz political playbook might include a chapter on "How to Win Friends and Influence Felons." He’s released 470 criminal illegal aliens… potential voters. Why cooperate with DHS and ICE when you could theoretically court the "undocumented electorate" for a reelection bump? After all, in the land of 10,000 lakes (and 1,360 more detainers waiting in custody), every vote counts.
Even though Walz has dropped his reelection bid amid the Minnesota social services fraud, potentially costing $9 billion dollars (said with pinky lightly touching cheek in your best Dr. Evil voice), don’t expect him to wave his jazz hands as he quietly dissolves into the political back corners. His obstinance is way past the point of no return.
To retreat now and honor those ICE detainers might be a sign that TDS is actually curable.

Al Goodwyn @Al_Goodwyn - In North Carolina, this totally vandalizes the spirit of the election process! It’s the practice of encouraging voters to change party affiliation to mess with the system.
In red districts it allows the possibility of Democrats pushing a weaker Republican candidate over the line to make for an easier general election.
Although controversial and manipulative, it is legal.
Another tactic is for Democrats to change to Republican so they can run in Republican primaries.

It shows you who the Democrats are. The party of the ends-justify-the-means. Anything to win regardless of the tactics.
