A Jew who believes in Jesus is called a “Christian.”  There’s not a special name for that. 
A Messianic Jew is a syncretist who despite believing in Jesus, chooses to retain post-temple, non-biblical rabbinic traditions  that developed in opposition to Christ. 
This phenomenon also exists in Islam, in which “C5,” “Insider Movement, or “Messianic Muslims” profess faith in Jesus as Messiah, but retain Islamic cultural, social, and even some religious forms.
Purely Talmudic traditions aren’t any more biblical than Koranic traditions, and both are in similar error. When one follows Christ, it requires letting go of false religion completely and embracing Jesus so fully that traditions invented in denial of Him have no quarter in our lives.

Trump says to cap credit card rates at 10%. 
Trump learns from many bankers (like Jamie Dimon) how incredibly damaging and disruptive it would be to really do that. 
They agree to work on a heavily watered-down walked-back version of this, where they implement some new rules and policies to give some groups better rates. 
This new watered down version will be flown around as a big win for the administration. 
If we really do get a situation where credit cards are capped at 10% interest. I will be selling my Mastercard position. My thesis incorporates ongoing moderate regulation. I can allow for some thesis-drift. But I can't allow for extreme-thesis creep that materially worseness an investment. My original thesis does not incorporate top-down strong-armed price controls.
