FBI Los Angeles @FBILosAngeles - A Long Beach man with a prior kidnapping conviction was charged by the Orange County District Attorney after a tip by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to an investigation by members of the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force (OCHTTF) and the rescue of a 17-year-old victim at an Anaheim motel only hours later. 
The victim was found with 33-year-old Michael Terrell Armstrong of Long Beach who was arrested and charged with one felony count of human trafficking of a minor; one felony count of pimping a minor over the age of 16 years; and one felony count of pandering with a minor over 16 years old. He faces a maximum sentence of 29 years in state prison if convicted on all charges and is being held in lieu of $250,000 bond, according to the District Attorney.    
OCHTTF members include the Anaheim PD; California Highway Patrol; Garden Grove Police Department; Irvine Police Department; Santa Ana Police Department; California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control; the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the Orange County District Attorney’s Office; the Orange County Probation Department; the Orange County Social Services Agency; the United States Attorney's Office and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
