The DC appellate court TWICE overturned how judges—at the urging of Biden DOJ—imposed excessive sentences against J6ers: this “split” sentence for misdemeanants and a sentencing enhancement of “obstruction of justice” for 1512(c)(2) convictions.

Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 - Dan did something few people were willing to do: give up a comfortable happy home life with a highly lucrative and influential career to voluntarily enter the viper’s pit of the FBI. Almost immediately, he was subjected to hectoring and even harassment by some on *our* side. Nonetheless, Dan worked tirelessly to try to redirect the FBI’s priorities, purge bad actors, and get some bad guys.
We should all be grateful for his sacrifice and success. As his friend, I wish him and his family the best as he returns to private life.
