Granted, it’s a pain for legit participants. But for those running BS operations, they’re left with an interesting (and legit crappy) dilemma.
Reapply knowing your outfit was a legit criminal outfit would put a huge target on your back - especially as you’d have just committed additional crimes.
Or you choose the alternative path where you just close up shop and virtually admit you were running a fraudulent operation.
Good times.
